You know, there’s something no-one seems to want to even mention, about what’s going to happen if McCain wins the Presidency.
There’s going to be conscription again.
I don’t see how he’s going to have any choice in the matter, if he plans on more wars, as he mentioned in this video.
Never elect an old, sick man as your President.
Since he’s already dying and he know it very well, he simply doesn’t care very much about anything anymore. That’s not speculation on my part.
Cinaedh,
You’re completely correct. For a real scare, just imagine President Palin. She has less experience than the Manhattan Borough President whose constituency consists of 1.6 million people. People said that as mayor of New York City, Giuliani was not really experienced enough to be president. His constituency was 8 million people.
Palin’s constituency is just 600,000 people.
Add to that her ethics investigation, her initial support of the bridge to nowhere, her support of aerial wolf hunting, her attempt to initiate a bounty on the wolves in the form of $150 per left forelimb, her $15 million stadium for a town of 8,000 people, her increase of Wasilla’s debt from 0 to $22 million, her experience in getting large federal earmarks for a small town, and her general politics regarding human rights, such as abortion.
What does that give us? One very very scary country in which to live.
Perhaps she’ll put a bounty on those of us who are liberals and allow hunting us from aircraft. It would save the country a fortune in having to send us to war zones to get us killed.
